D’LATINOS AL DIA TV SHOW HOSTS GRAND CELEBRATION FOR ITS EIGHTH ANNIVERSARY "LA RUTA GANADORA"
(Naples, FL) – After a small start as a half-hour weekend variety show, in 8 years D’Latinos al Dia has grown to become a the premiere Spanish Television show in SW Florida on Azteca America of Southwest Florida. In remarkable style, the program has been celebrating its eighth anniversary with a month and a half long $10,000 giveaway with the creative concept of LA RUTA GANADORA.

D’Latinos TV Show will now host a grand finale for its anniversary celebration with a two-hour special on Wednesday, Sept. 15 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. The show airs on Comcast channels 231, 611, digital 80.4 and Dish Network and Direct TV channels 14. The show will rebroadcast on Sept. 16 from 7 am to 9am. The program used a $10,000 giveaway to thank its loyal viewers with prizes ranging from living room furniture sets and televisions to cash.

The audience knows the D’Latinos TV Show hosts for their passionate approach in helping the community. Executive producer Mayela Rosales is the show’s original host and continues to be an energetic force for the program. In 2005, D’Latinos al Dia producer and host Carlos Zapata joined the team and successfully expanded the program’s coverage of Southwest Florida news.
Orlando and Mayela Rosales founded D’Latinos TV Show on Aug. 17, 2002 and have built that one television show into a Spanish media empire in just 8 years. Media Vista Group, whose chairman is Orlando Rosales, is the parent company of D’Latinos al Dia.
The Hispanic media company, also launched D’Latinos Magazine, the color lifestyle publication in November 2003, which features stories about people, places and things in Southwest Florida of interest to the Hispanic community. In 2004 original content of www.dlatinos.tv was developed and today received thousand of unique visitors. In early 2006, Media Vista became a partner in the Azteca America (WTPH channel 14) a TV affiliate for Southwest Florida, and Azteca America joined the Comcast digital lineup on Channels 251 and 611 in December 2006
